Home Inspection (Full or 4-PT)
We conduct non-invasive, visual inspections of accessible residential areas to identify defects in specific systems and components, based on current conditions. We report only material defects observed on the inspection date and not on the prediction of future conditions. We will reveal every issue that exists or ever could exist but only on those material defects on the date of the inspection. Our services include full home, 4-point, pre-purchase, and new construction inspections.
WDO Inspections
Inspect and provide a detailed report on the condition of the home, including notations of structural damage related to termites and other wood destroying organisms (WDO’s).
Wind Mitigation
A report by ADB Building Solutions inspectors may help homeowners qualify for insurance premium discounts by identifying wind-resistance features that reduce hurricane or windstorm damage risk. Inspections focus on wind-resistant aspects such as construction, gable-end bracing, roof geometry, roof-to-wall connections, impact-resistant glass, reinforced garage doors, hurricane shutters, and secondary water resistance barriers. With a certified wind mitigation report, the insurance company calculates the discount amount.
